The one-month plan is $2,000 USD for one month, the three-month plan is $1,500 USD per month, and the six-month plan is $1,200 USD per month. Prices include all taxes. Each plan includes a dynamic team of typically 2–4 engineers, sized to workload. The one-day evaluation is $100 USD, also inclusive of taxes.

No. You may add as many in-scope projects as your organisation needs, but the team works through approved priorities sequentially. Before each project or task starts, we agree its requirements and tentative timeline based on scope and workload; adding a task does not mean it starts immediately. You may reprioritise the remaining work as your business needs change.

The assigned team typically has 2–4 engineers, scaled to the workload. The team works 8 hours per day on an IST schedule. The specific skill mix and working arrangements are agreed before the engagement starts.

The team reviews your brief, discusses feasibility and approach, and demonstrates how it would work on your project during a one-day evaluation window. It is not a production delivery, so no code, files, designs or deployment are transferred. The $100 USD fee, inclusive of taxes, is credited to the first month if you continue.

Yes. Existing web, mobile and embedded systems can be considered for review, maintenance, security patching, bug fixing, upgrades or new features. We confirm the specific system and work type with you and record it in the agreement before starting.

The fee includes the assigned software engineering team, project management, the prioritised delivery queue, written progress reporting, agreed support channels, source access, maintenance work and security patching. We discuss the project types you need and record the agreed types and boundaries in your agreement before work starts. There is no hourly billing or separate per-project quotation within the agreed plan scope.

Machine-learning and reinforcement-learning model development can be included when agreed in your project scope. The following AI work is quoted separately: large language model and foundation-model training or fine-tuning, computer-vision, speech and multimodal models, AI-enabled hardware, dedicated GPU training infrastructure and large-scale data labelling. Game development, robotics, mechanical and physical product engineering, hardware manufacturing, certification and on-site field installation are also handled as separate engagements.

The signed statement of work sets ownership or licence rights for custom deliverables. Root Digit retains its pre-existing tools and materials, and you retain the materials and data you provide. An NDA is signed before work begins, and you keep access to the project repository and documentation throughout the engagement.

The one-month plan is non-cancellable and ends after one month. For the three- and six-month plans, cancellation charges are calculated pro rata at the $2,000 USD base monthly rate, with a $2,000 USD minimum charge. Any prepaid remainder after that charge is refunded.
