Stop hiring engineers.
Rent the whole team.
A dedicated software engineering team for one fixed monthly fee, with no limit on how many projects you queue. Agencies bill per project. Freelancers bill per hour. We charge one predictable rate.
For the whole team — not per engineer
Longer term, lower rate — no hidden costs on any plan
Try it for a day, or commit and pay less
Every plan includes the same team, the same unlimited queue and the same support. The only thing that changes is the rate — the longer the term, the lower it goes. Projects are delivered one by one until your queue is finished, with timelines agreed in advance.

How the $100 trial day works
For $100 you get a single 24-hour window with the team. We meet you on a video call, take your project brief, and show you the work happening live on screen — the approach, the stack, the plan and what it will take to build.
It is a demonstration, not a delivery. Nothing is handed over during the trial — no code, files, designs or deployment. When you move onto a monthly plan, that same project goes straight into your queue and gets built and delivered properly.
Your $100 is not lost. If you go on to purchase a plan, the trial fee is credited against your first month.
- Live video session
- Your project shown on screen
- No files or code handed over
- Credited to your first month
One team.
An unlimited queue.
Your engineers cover the full spectrum of business software — new builds plus the unglamorous work that keeps everything running. Bring the systems you already have: we take on bug fixes, security monitoring, patching and maintenance for those too. There is no cap on how much you add, and the monthly fee does not move when the roadmap gets busy.
How the queue is worked
Your team works one task at a time, in the order you set, and keeps going one by one until your queue is finished — not every project at once. Before each one starts we agree a tentative timeline with you, so you always know what is being built now and what is next.
Outside this plan
These need specialist teams and hardware, so they are not covered by this budget — talk to us about a separate engagement.
What just one in-house hire
really costs you
Salary is only the headline. Here is the fully-loaded monthly cost of a single engineer — measured against an entire rented team.
The old way
Hiring one engineer in-house
Team on Rent
An entire engineering teamPrice locked
The bar never grows — queue one project or twenty, the fee is identical.
A whole team for a quarter the cost of one hire
You keep $4,800 every month — and never write a job ad, run an interview, or cover a resignation again.
What in-house also costs you
- Weeks of recruiting before anyone writes code
- Salary, benefits and payroll taxes every month
- Office space, equipment and software licenses
- One person, one skill set
- Turnover risk and re-hiring costs
- Fixed cost whether the roadmap is busy or quiet
What you get instead
- A vetted team assigned and briefed in days
- One fixed monthly fee — no hidden costs
- No office, hardware or licensing overhead
- Full-stack, mobile and DevOps skills in one team
- Fixes and upkeep for the systems you already run
- Continuity is our responsibility, not your risk
- Unlimited queue — add projects without adding spend
Illustrative estimate. Fully-loaded employment costs vary by region; in most markets they run higher.
Support and governance, built into the fee
Professional service is part of the plan — never billed as an extra.
Work Update Every 24 Hours
A written progress report in your inbox every day, Monday to Sunday — no chasing, no guessing.
24/7 Live Chat Support
Message your team any hour, any day — a real engineer replies, not a bot.
Working-Hours Phone Support
Call your project manager directly on business days — no ticket queues, no call centers.
24-Hour Emergency Line
Production emergency? Our emergency line is answered around the clock, every day of the year.
Dedicated Project Manager
One named contact who knows your projects inside out and answers for their progress.
NDA & Full IP Ownership
We sign an NDA before work begins. Everything the team builds is 100% yours.
Complete Source Access
Full access to repositories, documentation and credentials at all times — not just at the end.
Post-Launch Care
The team stays on after go-live — bug fixes, security patching and stability checks are part of every delivery.
Lifetime Bug Fixes
Anything we build is covered for life — even after your subscription ends. The one condition is that the source has not been modified outside our team.
Queue Work Any Hour
Add new projects to your queue at any time of the day or night from your client portal. Nothing waits for business hours.

Pick a term — monthly, 3 months or 6 months. Your dedicated team is assigned and briefed, and the rate is locked.
Queue your projects
Submit every project on your roadmap and set the order from your client portal, at any hour of the day. There is no cap on how many you can queue.
The team builds & ships
Work runs one task at a time, in your order, continuing one by one until the queue is finished. A tentative timeline is agreed before each project starts, and progress is reported in writing every 24 hours.
Renew or extend
At the end of your term, renew or move to a longer one for a lower rate. The fee never changes with workload.

Talk to usHow much does it cost?
There are three plan terms: $2,000/month rolling with no commitment, $1,500/month on a 3-month contract, and $1,200/month on a 6-month contract. Every plan includes the same team, the same unlimited project queue and the same support — only the rate changes. There is also a $100 one-day trial if you want to see the team work before committing.
What exactly do I get for the $100 trial?
A single 24-hour window with the team. We meet you on a video call, take your project brief, and show you the work live on screen — the approach, the stack and what building it will take. It is a demonstration, not a delivery: no code, files, designs or deployment are handed over during the trial. If you go on to purchase a plan, the $100 is credited against your first month, and that same project goes into your queue to be built and delivered properly.
Is there really no limit on project development?
There is no limit on how many projects you can put in your queue, and the monthly price never changes with workload. What that does not mean is everything being built simultaneously — see the next question for how delivery actually works.
Can you work on a project we already have?
Yes. The plan is not limited to new builds. You can hand us an existing website, application or system and we will take on bug fixes, security monitoring and patching, maintenance and new features for it. We start by reviewing the codebase with you and agreeing what to tackle first.
Do you work on all my projects at once?
No. Your team works one task at a time, in the order you set, and moves through your queue one by one until it is finished. Before each project starts we discuss and agree a tentative timeline with you, so you always know what is being built now, what is next, and roughly when to expect it. You can reorder the queue whenever your priorities change.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Everything. A dedicated team of software engineers, a project manager, unlimited project development, ongoing security monitoring and patching, and bug fixes and maintenance — on the systems you already run as well as anything new we build. Plus daily written updates, 24/7 chat support, working-hours phone support and a 24-hour emergency line. There is no hourly billing and no per-project quoting — the monthly fee is the whole bill.
What is not included in these plans?
Game development, AI/ML engineering, robotics engineering and IoT engineering sit outside these plans — they require specialist teams and hardware, and are not covered by this budget. Root Digit handles those as separate engagements.
How do I stay informed about progress?
You receive a written work update every 24 hours, seven days a week. You can also reach your team on live chat at any time, call your project manager during working hours, and use the 24-hour emergency line for critical issues.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription and request a refund in line with the agreement we both sign before onboarding. Those terms are set out in full and agreed before you commit to anything, so there is nothing to discover later.
What happens to bug fixes after I stop subscribing?
Anything we built stays covered for life, whether or not you are still subscribed. The single condition is that the source has not been modified outside our team — once other hands have changed the code, we can no longer stand behind it. Work we did not build is covered while your plan is active.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do, fully, on any paid plan. We sign an NDA before work begins, you have access to repositories, documentation and credentials throughout the engagement, and all intellectual property created for you belongs to you.
Ready to put a team to work?
Try a day for $100, or start a plan from $1,200/month and give your roadmap an unlimited queue.
